The present general terms and conditions of use are subject to French law and govern the use of the website www.fidall.com as well as its mobile version (hereafter referred to as the "Site"), published by the company Fidall SAS (hereafter referred to as the "Hosting Service Provider"). Registering on this Site, in accordance with the conditions set out below, implies your explicit acceptance, without reservation, of the general terms and conditions of use. The Hosting Service Provider reserves the right to modify the present terms and conditions at any moment, without notice; all modifications to the terms and conditions will be mentioned specifically on the Site.
Signing in and access to the Site:
The Site is based on an innovative and original concept which enables users, who previously signed up and used the service, to :
5 Register and save information regarding their Loyalty programs
6 Sign up for new Loyalty programs
7 Transfer this information on to their mobile phones using dedicated applications
8 Receive special offers, called Deals, corresponding to their loyalty cards
To be able to access all Site features, users must create a Member account using the form provided for that purpose. Members are free to modify all personal data elements at any moment; As soon as the form has been validated, users receive an e-mail inviting them to click on a link to confirm registration. To access a user account, enter the login and password. Users must keep these details strictly confidential. Registration entitles users valid access to the Site for an unlimited period of time.
Failure to comply with the aforementioned obligations may result in access to a user's personal page being either suspended, immediately and without notice, or temporary or permanent deactivation of the account, without prejudice to any other rights we may have.
A Member is any natural person using the Site for private purposes. By registering on this Site, the Member expressly agrees to comply with the terms and conditions, which imply the provision of information required by the company Fidall or acceptance of a direct contact by electronic mail with the Member.
Children under the age of 13, whether they are capable of discernment or not, are not authorized to register on the Site.
Subscribing to partner store cards:
The user's request, the Fidall website offers the possibility to sign up automatically for new loyalty cards belonging to partner stores. Acceptance of the legal notices regarding subscription to new cards implies that the user expressly authorizes an initial direct contact by the new store.
Refund of some Deals
Some Deals can be refunded, as per one per user. The refund amount and related terms and conditions are detailed in the description of the Deal.
To benefit from a refund via Bank transfer or Paypal account, you just need to check the product scanning its barcode, take a picture of the entire receipt as a proof of purchase and choose refund process after completing the appropriate information in your profile.
Once the refund request has been validated, the refund will occur within 8 business days.

Limitation of liability:
This Site includes information provided by external companies or hyperlinks towards other sites that were not developed by Fidall.com. Content is provided on this Site for informational purposes. The existence of a link from this Site to another site does not signify an endorsement of that site or of its content. It is the Internet user's responsibility to use this information with discernment and a critical mind. Fidall.com cannot be held responsible for any information, opinions or recommendations formulated by third parties.
Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability of the Hosting Service Provider:
Users shall remain solely responsible for the way in which they use the Site. Therefore, the Hosting Service Provider cannot be held responsible in any way for any direct or indirect damage caused by the use, or inability to use this Site.
Intellectual Property :
Personal information are stored and processed according to the data protection law and confidentiality agreement policy. Fidall can share these data with other entities or suppliers acting on behalf of Fidall. The user accepts that Fidall processes these data accordingly
The Site is the owner and/or the authorized user of all brands, patents, copyrights, database access rights and any other intellectual property displayed on the Site or contained in the Site, unless stipulated otherwise.
Except where otherwise provided for in the present terms and conditions, use of the Site does not confer any right, title, interest or license for any intellectual property that the User may have access to when using the Site.
Except where otherwise provided for in the present terms and conditions, the use or reproduction of all intellectual property is strictly prohibited. In general terms, the Hosting Service Provider hereby grants you free, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable rights to access and use the Site.
Data protection and freedom of information:
The Site www.fidall.com is registered under the number 1426747 with the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL) in accordance with the French law n°78-17 of January 6th 1978 relating to Information Technology, Files and Civil Liberties.
