In principle, the Site is accessible 24 hours a dayand 7 days a week except during site maintenance periods, whether they areprogrammed or not and for reasons of force majeure.
The present general terms and conditions of use aresubject to French law and govern the use of the website www.fidall.com as wellas its mobile version (hereafter referred to as the "Site"),published by the company Fidall SAS (hereafter referred to as the "HostingService Provider"). Registering on this Site, in accordance with theconditions set out below, implies your explicit acceptance, withoutreservation, of the general terms and conditions of use. The Hosting ServiceProvider reserves the right to modify the present terms and conditions at anymoment, without notice; all modifications to the terms and conditions will bementioned specifically on the Site.
The Site is based on an innovative and originalconcept which enables users, who previously signed up and used the service, to:
Register and save information regarding their Loyaltyprograms
Sign up for new Loyalty programs
Transfer this information on to their mobile phonesusing dedicated applications
Receive special offers, called Deals, corresponding totheir loyalty cards
To be able to access all Site features, users mustcreate a Member account using the form provided for that purpose. Members arefree to modify all personal data elements at any moment. As soon as theform has been validated, users receive an e-mail inviting them to click on alink to confirm registration. To access a user account, enter the login andpassword. Users must keep these details strictly confidential. Registrationentitles users valid access to the Site for an unlimited period of time.
Failure to comply with the aforementioned obligationsmay result in access to a user's personal page being either suspended,immediately and without notice, or temporary or permanent deactivation of theaccount, without prejudice to any other rights we may have.
A Member is any natural person using the Site forprivate purposes. By registering on this Site, the Member expressly agrees tocomply with the terms and conditions, which imply the provision of information,required by the company Fidall or acceptance of a direct contact by electronicmail with the Member.
Children under the age of 13, whether they are capableof discernment or not, are not authorized to register on the Site.
The user's request, the Fidall website offers thepossibility to sign up automatically for new loyalty cards belonging to partnerstores. Acceptance of the legal notices regarding subscription to new cardsimplies that the user expressly authorizes an initial direct contact by the newstore.
Some Deals can be refunded, as per one per user. Therefund amount and related terms and conditions are detailed in the descriptionof the Deal.
To benefit from a refund via Bank transfer or Paypalaccount, you just need to check the product scanning its barcode, take apicture of the entire receipt as a proof of purchase and choose refund processafter completing the appropriate information in your profile.
Once the refund request has been validated, the refundwill occur within 8 business days.
