Data protection:

A Thawte certificate protects the Fidall website. For this reason, all communication between the mobile app and Fidall servers is carried out exclusively in secure mode (https).
Your data is hosted and stored on dedicated servers used for Fidall’s site and application by Amazon Web Services. These precautions ensure optimal data protection and security.

Cookies :

Fidall uses third parties such as Google or Axciom that are likely to plant cookies, for advertising purposes. Navigating on this website implies acceptance of such cookies.

Privacy rights:

Protecting the privacy of our users is of utmost importance to us. The personal information we ask you to enter to create an account or to sign up automatically for new loyalty cards is kept to a strict minimum. We ensure that you are informed about how we use your personal information. 
Unless you register for membership or subscribe to a service or mailing list, we guarantee that the personal information you provide when creating an account will not be disclosed to third parties.
Under no circumstances shall the information concerning the number or type of cards that you own be disclosed. Nor shall we disclose any information concerning your loyalty card numbers or points balances.
You will never receive any promotional e-mail from us, unless you expressly request that we send them.
If you would like to receive emails with information about new services or promotional offers from our partners, you may change the corresponding settings at any moment.

With our app, your advertising ID and geo-location data from your mobile is collected and can be shared with our advertising partners to help you get a better user experience, marketing and profiling. or to offer targeted advertising campaigns to mobile users or to deliver marketing studies to advertisers.

At any time, you have the option to oppose the activation and operation of this collection by disabling the option provided for this purpose in the application settings.
